The team work by project managers, construction managers and site managers aims at coordinating A&M’s
workers as well as the other companies that take part in the project, in order to optimize every single aspect of
the engineering work building process as designed.
Organizing in-house and external resources as well as keeping under control all the financial aspects and the
schedule of the project, from start-up to delivery, is the primary objective of A&M’s Project Management. This
phase includes procurement, safety, quality and planning activities that come with works and make them
possible.
